Maieutics provides consultancy services to organisations working with EU programmes and projects, especially those related to cooperation and Interreg.

For us, cooperation is a development and growth tool that needs to be explored and managed together with partners and counterparts.

Our aim is to offer simplified solutions to our clients’ needs regarding project and programme management, and evaluation. Our approach is practice-oriented and based on facts and knowledge.

Maieutics also supports collaborative processes in capacity building, facilitation processes and network building and management. 

In all cases, co-creation is at the core of our service development.

    Who

    Maieutics was created in 2019 and it relies on the experience and skills of its director, Amparo Montán.

    Amparo has been a consultant since 2015 working on variety of projects from developing capacity building strategies, evaluations to managing programme development processes. Before that she worked for Interreg / ETC programme management structures for 12 years. 

    This experience allowed her to understand in depth the functioning, the challenges and the evolution of Interreg programmes and their authorities and implementing bodies. This experience has also been key to understand the diversity of contexts, needs and roles of the various stakeholders in organisational life. 

    Maieutics.eu method is based on all this rich experience where trust, ownership, engagement are coupled with more standard project management approach. All working for our clients’ success, however they define it.
